Clousure information
- Closing Dates: All stores, offices, and distribution centers will be closed from 9:15 PM Sunday to Thursday, 7/30/20. We will reopen on Thursday, 7/30/20, at 3:30 PM.
- Customer support: Phone, email, and live chat support will be unavailable. You may find answers to the most frequent topics on our help center which is linked below. An automated help bot will also be available on the help center to answer most common questions and to raise tickets.
- Tickets may be raised in our help center and we will reply to them when we reopen
- You may submit files to us via our email, which is linked below, and they will be printed when we reopen. If there are multiple requests from a high volume of customers, it may take some time, so please be patient. you will receive an email when we have confirmed your request
- Invoices: If you received any invoices prior to the closure, there is no need to pay them, Invoice late fees are waived until we reopen.
- Online orders for pickup: Any orders placed online for in store pickup will be processed today, 7/26/20. If you do not pickup your order by closing today, we will hold all orders during the closure, and for 10 days after.
- Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, you may still continue to place orders, and they will be processed as soon as we reopen
