Return policy

At Owens Business, satisfaction is our goal, so that is why you may return any item within 365 days of purchase as long as the item meets the following criteria:

• returned in the original packaging with all accessories included 
• Has a valid RMA number

All returns require a RMA Number which can be obtained by our online return center or by contacting customer service via email, phone, live chat or via a support ticket in our help center here. For more information regarding our return policy, please contact customer service.

in store return information: you can also return orders in store, even if it is an online order. No RMA is required for this method.
